About Permanent Cosmetic Treatments
Permanent makeup is an advanced form of cosmetic tattooing to naturally enhance eyes, brows and lips.
-
Eyeliner treatments can make small eyes look bigger, lashes look thicker and emphasise eye colour. While Permanent Makeup Eyebrow treatment can naturally enhance your eyebrows like perfectly applied makeup. Or if you have sparse, short or pale eyebrows, a Permanent Eyebrow treatment can also mimic individual hair strokes to restore and enhance your eyebrows as they should be.
-
Moreover, by choosing my unique ‘lip blush’ system, your Permanent Makeup lip treatment can make the lips looking fuller with colours that suit your complexion. It can also correct and define the shapes of the lips, which may have lost definition due to ageing.
-
All of us think that we look better, more attractive and feel more confident with our make up on. Whether it’s a simple slick of lipstick or a dash of mascara, make up undoubtedly gives us a boost. Emalene uses her artistic ability to give Permanent Make-up a natural look that means goodbye to smudged eyeliner, faded lipstick and runny mascara and hello to wide awake eyes, sleek brows and deliciously defined lips.
choosing a technician
we would always give 3 piece of advice: Try and go on recommendation; always have a consultation and ask to look at previous work that the technician has done.
Emalene has built her reputation on recommendation. With over 30 years' experience, she has perfected her techniques in permanent makeup, to create a variety of looks for each enhancement area.
Microblading is the latest Permanent Cosmetics technique to create the most natural-looking results. This amazing treatment is now available to book at A.R.T
What Is Microblading
-
Microblading is a semi-permanent cosmetic procedure that allows reconstruction of the eyebrows with a hand-tool. It is possible to achieve a natural finish. With this treatment process, the technician will use a handheld tool to manually deposit pigment into the skin. The technician will draw the individual hair stroke by stroke, Microblading treatment usually takes longer than traditional Permanent Makeup treatments.
-
Eyebrow Microblading is a completely bespoke service. The pigment used in the treatment will be chosen to suit your skin tone and your natural hair colour. The technician will also shape your eyebrows and provide a natural enhancement to the brows to compliment your features.
-
Therefore, it is essential to book a Free Initial Consultation before the treatment so that we can discuss your requirements. Emalene will also access your condition, carry out a Patch Test and answer any questions you may have.
What Is The Difference Between Microblading and Permanent Cosmetics?
Unlike permanent makeup brow treatment, microblading technique involves drawing individual, crisp hair strokes that are more natural looking. Microblade is several times thinner than the needles used for tattoos. Compared to hairstroke technique performed with Permanent Cosmetics machine, microblading strokes heal a lot thinner and crisper. Therefore, eyebrow microblading can achieve a very natural-looking results.
Who Is Suitable For Eyebrow Microblading Treatment?
-
This method is ideal for anyone wanting to enhance the look of their eyebrows. The results are natural looking, hair-like strokes, regardless of the amount of hair present. It is perfect for those who want to fully reconstruct, define, cover gaps, or fill-in over plucked brows.
-
People suffering from alopecia, trigonometrical or any other condition that causes hair loss benefit greatly from Microblading, as well as people who simply aren’t happy with their eyebrows.
What Will The Microblading Treatment Be Like?
-
Once you are happy with the plan we go through in the initial consultation, we will book you in for your treatment. On the treatment day your technician will use a topical anaesthetic cream to numb the area in order to minimise the discomfort throughout the procedure.
-
The healing process takes about 1 week. It is very important that a top-up treatment is carried out in about 4 weeks time, as every skin is different in terms of retaining pigments.
-
The result of a typical eyebrow microblading treatment should last 6 – 12 months. Top up treatment is necessary to keep your eyebrow in optimum condition.
